~Gamer 4 Life!!!! ^-^~
the frame rate kind of gets on my nerves, but its a beautiful game with a lot of very epic boss battles. the game is made almost entirely of them.
It's probably the only video game I would ever dare call a masterpiece, and you should play it.
I don't think there's a better game on the Playstation 2.
The Shadow of the Colossus is a phenomenal game in every respect. It's got a depth and spirit to it that's hard to find in a game, and it tells its story in a manner unlike anything else.
Be warned, though - if you like games that follow a similar format, and keep to stereotypes and preconceived notions of how a game "should" work, then SotC is *not* for you. This is a game that makes you think, explore, and wonder. You're not spoon-fed with hints, tutorials, or answers to all the FAQs.
It's an amazing gaming experience, one that you're not likely to forget. So, just go out and get the game so that you can play it already. Go go go!
Get It!
Nuff Said.
Oh, did I mention I'm awesome?
You have to play this game. Right now. Stop asking here and just go buy it.
There is no signature here. Move along.
And while you're at it,grab Ico too.
I had read lots of positiveness of it on the net, so I bought it in a used shop. But it wasn't for me. I found it insanely boring, not much unlike Ico. The only good thing I've got to say about it is that it's got good graphics, but graphics mean very little to me in general, but especially when everything else is lacking.
People are different.
I liked it. It's sorta like Zelda 1 on the NES when it comes to navigation, if you ask me. You have a slight clue of where you're supposed to be, now walk around randomly until you find it!
It's very, very, time consuming, so watch out.
Come on. You basically have an arrow that points to your target. Check it every now and then and you're good to go. :P
Great game but a little short. Considering whats there is such quality it makes up for the short length.
I'd still put Ico way ahead of SOTC game though. Get that as well/instead.
