You can ask question like this (remember you need A, B, C and D answers):
'How many Cids have there appeared in the FFs released thus far (Al-Cid does NOT count)?'
'What type of Chocobo is the ultimate Chocobo in FFVII?'
These are pretty simple, but you get the idea - multiple choice trivia questions.
