Castlevania: Order of Ecclesia, and rumor about a Wii Castlevania game.

Apparently, this game has been known for a while now, but it's not being nearly as fan-spread as Portrait of Ruin, or Dawn of Sorrow. The Belmont Clan is no more, at least for a time. It takes place right after Richter Belmont's age. Also, an interview with IGA implies that there will be no Vampire Killer as the main weapon. Dracula's still a threat, though! That's good. IGN has a "First Look" page up. Here it is. It's pretty long, so quoting it here would make the page terribly long.

The only images I've seen of the game are on IGN's Image Page, as well as other larger sites. It seems like those might be the only images Konami has released publicly thus far.

In the interview, they mentioned something interesting, which I sadly did not get to see when it was "all over the internet", that involved DS to Wii connectivity.

IGN: Well we hate to ask, since I'm sure you've been asked a million times, but what was with the "Wii Connect" option on that first screenshot of the game? It was everywhere on the internet.

Igarashi: Ahhhh yes. Well, that's a secret. We'll have to wait on that for now. (laughs)

IGN: Did someone get fired over that one?

Igarashi: Well, things happen. (laughs) Please erase that from my memory.

What kind of connectivity would Castlevania on the DS have to the Wii? Most people think (or rather hope) that there will be a Wii Castlevania game which this DS title will connect to.
