These are something of an alright beginning.
What you really ought to do is focus on value and texture because as they stand, they are flat and rather boring.

yup Nominus Experse i'm still an amateur and maybe they are not that good but I draw what I see... I'll try to improve more ^^ hehehe thanks for the tips ^^
