I don't really have a 'rice preference' xD um, rice is rice!
I don't know how my mom makes it, but I've never really seen anyone make it like her. I think she adds a good bit of butter to give it a slightly creamier texture. When I have hers, I like to load it with A1 Sauce. Ohhhh yum. Had me some of that last night, haven't had it since before school started, it was divine <3
Fried rice at both Mexican and Chinese restaurants is also amazing. I forget what Mexican place it was, but I could eat their rice all day just on its own. It's great stuff.
Special fried rice or jasmine (Thai) rice.
Also rice pudding.
