I know there are loads of forums on this but its really annoying me now, i can't get Wakka's Sigil or Jecht shot 2!! Ive read all the tips on this and now I have all of the key techniques for Tidus and he's up to Lv.42! Also I have all of Wakka's overdrives and he is level 18 but neither of the two will come up as a tournament or leage prize no matter how many games I play.

I REALLY NEED HELP!
