I give compliments if people deserve it, and in various degrees. It's 'nice', 'cool', 'ohohoho', 'smexy', 'stunning' if I find it so.

I rarely use 'beautiful' ever. It either sounds amazingly great or pretty fake, so I usually use this only when I'm being really serious.
