So my mum was watching some 'I'll do anything' program with people auditioning to play the role of Nancy in Oliver Twist the musical. The presenter guy wore a red jacket, and I was told he was gay. I was also told that the judges were also gay.

So, on British tv we have loads of gay presenters and loads of gay people in general. Shows how far we have come. It almost seems like its an advantage to be gay.


So my question is, are there many/any gay presenters on American tv? Are they as common as they are in Britain?



EDIT: Lol, it was so funny. One of the male panelists on the program was going 'You know, Jesse, you just dont excite me.' So Jesse says 'What can I do to excite you then?' And he goes 'I dont know. Believe me, a lotta women have been asking me the same question.'
