In Scotland, anyone with a tan looks very out of place. It's normal to be white. In fact, I used to have naturally olive-coloured skin. After six years in Edinburgh, I'm as white as anyone else. It's crazy.
Also, anyone who thinks I always look the same clearly hasn't seen many pictures of me over the years. =]
