Well this is quite a toughie then.
On one hand you have the Cid of III who was so tough to ram an airship into a boulder and come out unscathed. On the other hand the Cid of IV jumped out of an airship with enough explosives to move a mountain and survived. Plus he fought and cursed like a sailor. Add in that III's Cid was only in the party for about 3 seconds, I think it's clear who the winner is.

He was the coolest Cid IMHO. (Well it's a tie with FFVII Cid)

Eh, I just felt like going with the classic, also I felt he would win, and would get plenty of chances to show off his portrait.
Also, upon thought nominations will still be taken until round one has ended, but the numbers must be kept even, no round byes so if you nominate someone, he won't be counted until someone else nominates someone to make it equal.
Vote-FFIV Cid
After giving it a great deal of thought, my inability to nominate both Strago and Gestahl bothers me. I guess I'll go with Gestahl since I have to pick one. Someone else will probably say Strago after reading my post anyway.
