Basically skill levels in a jobs makes it easier to change back into that job later. For instance if you have a skill level of 10 as a fighter but your currently a monk, you could change back to a fighter for 10 less capacity (or however the math work with it), if you get your skill high enough it's possible to change jobs at no capacity charge.Originally Posted by rubah
