anything I recognize from D-Minus Goes bananas or luna C (live in san francisco)immediately makes me happy, even if it's the source material, such as the first time I heard Walkin' in Memphis on the radio xD)
There's an app called Moody that lets you add comments to songs in itunes based on their moods going from left to right in happiness and bottom to top in intensity (in default)
A1 ("darkly intense")
Above and Beyond - Alone Tonight
Jimmy Eat World - Get it Faster
The Trews - Ishmael and Maggie
Jars of Clay - Flood
Hillsong United - Awesome God
AFi - (the hidden tracks after But Home is Nowhere)
System of a Down - Metro
A2 ("Generally sad or" basically a lot of minor chord songs I think):
Aqua - Lollipop
Billy Talent - This is How it Goes
Muse - Take a Bow
A3 ("generally happy")
The Black Mages - The Skies Above
Jack Off Jill - Love Song (cure cover)
The Killers - When You Were Young
Ayumi Hamasaki - Immature (power mix)
Jupiter Sunrise - Kaye
The ALFEE - Brave Love Galaxy Express 999
A4 ("holy snap happycore"):
Caramell Dansen
Brisk and Trixxy - Eyeopener
The B4 isn't quite as fast paced or intense as the A level but, they're pretty exciting songs for me still.
B4 ("not quite happycore"):
Aqua - Happy Boys and Girls
Aqua - Doctor Jones
Boston - Don't Look Back
B-Dash - Sector
Bad Boy Bill - Tetris Techno
Bang! Give me a Reason
Burritos to Go
Anne McGinty - Charterpoint
John Williams - Olympic Spirit
Some of these aren't really like, pumped up excited, but they all induce intense feelings. Obviously there are others because I haven't nearly gone through my entire playlist tagging them, but whatev xD
