Isn't they guy playing Steve Fox like way older than Stevie is supposed to be?

I couldn't finish the animated Tekken movie...I just had to stop. Maybe if I watch it in japanese I'll like it better. It's easier to watch bad acting when it's all jibberish to you. Or maybe the acting will be better even

ANYWAY I am absolutely sure that the acting in this movie will be a little better at least x.x
