So BASICALLY a plain one Godfather and 3 goons team is a group of 4 power roles. Generally you could balance it out with 4 power roles of minor importance or like one or two really powerful town roles. Just one nice one would work for that four person team.
Course you got to remember the Godfather is more powerful than the standard goons, so in many ways you could see it as 5 power roles as opposed to 4.
