There's a sign up thread somewhere...it's a long line, but if you wanna host really soon you could probably host with someone already signed up. There's no rule that says it has to be exactly two people hosting xD

Well it depends on what roles are in play. You could probably work out a way to have 24 town and one super bad ass scum, or 10 mafia with 15 town!

Those are probably the absolute limits, though xD

Here on eoff around 25 members is usually what we have. If you make like two mafias you need more powerful town roles. Same goes for if you have more roles for mafia than just goon. Any power roles you give them you have to balance it with town power roles.

If say you have 4 mafia, one is a godfather. The godfather has the power of immunity from investigations generally then the rest of what powers he has is up to the mods specifically. OK if you have one power role with 3 goons you'll have to take into account that being mafia and able to communicate with others is itself a power role.

So BASICALLY a plain one Godfather and 3 goons team is a group of 4 power roles. Generally you could balance it out with 4 power roles of minor importance or like one or two really powerful town roles. Just one nice one would work for that four person team.

If you give them more roles than just goon then you need to think about what could possibly do to counter it.

A key to making a set up is to think of one thing you want. How I wanted the whole day vig thing in the last game. Then you just base the rest of the game around that. To counter a day vig I put in the mafia assassin. The reason you should think of something to counter is because it COULD happen but it's a game, people play different, so things always work out differently than you hope.
