FFTA Weapon Attack versus Magic Power

Is there any way in FFTA to determine if a particular ability is based off of Weapon Attack or Magic Power? With most it's obvious, of course, but with the Paladin's Holy Sword or Dragoon's Breaths it becomes a bit harder to tell.

Is there a list anywhere if there's no way to tell from the game itself?

I don't know. But Some are mixed, you see. I think the best way to go is to see if the damage goes up when you level up your attack more, or your magic.

As for the method of finding out what determines attack power there really isn't one in game other than trials but outside of the game the battle mechanics guide on gamefaqs explains it all. I can also tell you for sure Holy Sword goes by physical and weapon attack modifiers, and dragon's breath is based on magic attack power.
