Saying the game is doomed is an exaggeration but its fact that JRPG's do poorly on the 360. It would sell more on the PS3 due to it to being significantly more popular in Japan and the RPG gamers coming from the PS2. Alot of people bought PS3's (including I) with the assumption that it would have plenty of JRPG's.

Im sure Square took this into account but the bribe they got from Microsoft will likely make up for the lack in sales.
