Harle-Quin is a horrible man for not predicting winners for like ten Ciddies. I cba to kick him out and redo the entire predictions party (as the percentages of the winners is based on 21 people) so I will just select random people for the ones he is missing selections for.

I guess it's not his fault because the rules weren't in the OP when he posted. So in many ways, this, like most of life's problems, is Baloki's fault!
