I only use youtube to either:
1) listen to a song/watch a music video I like
2) look for clips of movies and stuff I like or to show somebody
3) when somebody links me to something funny on there.

I don't use it a great lot.

I have it in the Firefox search bar, so I only go to Youtube when something I want to see pops into my head. Most often, I'll be talking to someone about music and look it up on Youtube so they can listen to it. I never just keep Youtube open or go browsing through random stuff. I don't really like Flash players very much.

2 years ago I spent a fair amount of time on YouTube. I have something like 32 videos with a total of 250,000+ views, but that's not very good by YouTube standards. I frequently watch stuff, but only if directed there by something else, like here or on Reddit.

My friend who lived down the hall was the kid who did "Daft Hands" and he left multiple times this year (The Ellen Show, Weezer music video) etc and I was a tad jealous. That's what YouTube can get you: EXPOSURE! If you're lucky...

all i use youtube for is for funny vids, i guess. i don't use youtube often.

I use YouTube mostly for music, researching certain events, misc. projects, and pranks.

(If you're wondering about that last link, I'm going to try to rig one of those things up to look like a spider and scare a bunch of people.)

Not a big fan of youtube. My internet connection is very slow (10Mbps ) so, I feel like its a waste of precious time. I listen to some songs from movies like "Think of Me", "Phantom of the Opera" and some music videos, when I feel like it.
