Anyway, I do have snacky tendencies sometimes, but I don't really eat much. Breakfast, Dinner, and snacking makes up for lunch, I guess.
I'm never really hungry late at night, but if I am I usually just have a glass of water instead of food. I'm usually fussier at night, there'll be loads in the fridge or whatever, and I just won't fancy eating any of it, it's so infuriating as I usually don't know what it is I'm craving!
Yeah I get night-time cravings every night, usually around 11pm to 3am. I don't see how it could be bad to eat after 7pm, I've never heard that before, I've never met a single person who doesn't, and if I didn't that would leave me without about 10 hours I don't eat in.
