Spoilers are unseeable, unhearable, and unlearnable.
At least, I don't know any sure-fire way of forgetting unless you just wait for yourself to naturally forget it.
Time machine.
trauma is usually a good way to forget things though![]()

STOP READING MGS4 THREADS BEFORE YOU'VE PLAYED IT
Also, don't dwell on the spoilers you have heard. Don't keep thinking about them, pondering how it'll affect your experience of it. Concentrate on other things instead, like stuff that's actually important to you at this time. You mightn't forget many of the spoilers, but you'll at least put a few onto your mental back-burner for a time.
Sodium pentathol. It has a side effect of making you tell the truth about everything, though.
