I just started recently working on lifting a 7 pound weight. Hoping to tone up my tiny muscles a bit to keep my smaller unmenacing appearance, but then get some good strength behind everything I do.![]()

I have wights that i work with yes, but I don't do it as regularly as I should, I need to set up a stricter regenment.

Everybody should lift weights. Males, females.
Females who are muscular are sexy. Different sexy than skinny girls, different sexy than....girls with excellent features. But sexy all the same. And the great thing about lifting weights is that once you get the results you want (whatever they are) you just maintain it and it's all good.
I should do it more often but I've been slacking off lately. That and rock climbing.
I do exercises but they do not involve weights. Except my own body weight.
