Basically we're ditching usernotes in favor of a new feature called Public Messaging, which is like the same thing but directly on your profile page so it's less cumbersome to deal with... I think.
You'll still have usernotes, but they won't be called usernotes. And the old ones unfortunately are gonna be gone, so get to backin' up if you want to save them.
