The Speech

Time passes and people change. Some for the better, others are slipping down a drain. Here are some members who are of the former, bettering their posting habits away from their newbie ways. For this speech I decided to take their oldest post outside of a newbie thread and their newest post and we can see how they changed.

Bahamut2000X

8 Bit theater rocks it is the best nothing is better then it I think all tv shows and comics should be replaced by 8 Bit theater. Don't pay any attention to me I'm just saying pointless stuff like a crazed maniac. Which I am .

I finally got around to doing mine a few hours ago. I'm terrible at speeches so no one better have high hopes form me.

For 1 thing his grammar is a lot better. Bahamut has been on EoFF for years, and has grown up with the forums. As the oldbie of the group, Bahamut has some competition that can show a more rapid change then he can.

Well, there are a couple of short posts about a sandwich and birthday. Blue Harvest is the newbie of the nominees, and is eager to remain active. No longer bickering with AK, and keeping his enthusiasm going, harvest is a great member. But is he too new to see an improvement. We will see.

Another pair of quick lines. Demon Dude already won this ciddie once, can he pull it off again? Demon Dude has gotten worse in the eyes of some people, especially in the eyes of the mafia players. But past that the only change is even less spam and less activity. Is shying in the corner an improvement? Defiantly this ciddies dark horse.

Goldenboko

Don Tonberry and Cactuar Trick! This what you do. Make a Weapon with Overdrive to AP, Triple Overdrive, and Triple AP, the slot is up to you. I recommend having a Auto-Phoenix armor so who dies is instantly revived. Then fight Don Tonberry or Cactuar King (or choice Don Tonberry is more controllable, Cactuar King you'll get more AP). When in the fight with Don Tonberry, have two characters on Comrade, and the one whose killed the most enemies have stoic, have the one with stoic attack him. He'll get crushed, then revived. Continue this until Don Tonberry reaches you, or if your strong enough he's dead. Then run away or kill him. You'll see that your AP amount is HUGE... why you might ask? Well let me explain let's say he does 99,999 to your character overdrive-AP makes all that damage AP then Overdrive x3 makes that x3. Now boys and girls lets do alittle math 99,999x3= 299,997 but then AP x3 comes in multiply that by 3. 299,997x3= 899,991... with ONE attack. Let's say you get in ten attacks 8,999,910 that is AP total! The ones with comrade get slightly less but come on! Look at that total! Cactuar King is alittle different instead you have all characters with comrade and basically let Cactuar King crush your members but they get revived so you can't lose. Continue letting him hit until he runs away or you run out of Phoenix downs. That is the best way to get AP hands down. But there is Magic Urn But.... thats for a later post.

Big first post boko. Anyway Goldenboko has changed a lot since he was a newbie. He went through a make a thread if it pops into my head phase, he was overobsessed with chocobos as opposed to loving them as he does now.

I like Paladin Cecil. Holy knights are just... my thing. Sure, I would have had the Dark Ability over Cover or white magic, but I deal with it. Besides, Cecil HAD to become a Paladin to defeat Zeromus any way.

Yes, in other words, classes that make other classes worthless due to being overpowered.

Well the new post isn’t the best example, but Momiji is a lot friendlier now, and I think he has more confidence now. Momiji even is taking incentive to creating his own little forum for his soon to be deleted social group Moebictis Anonymous. Little changes, but still they are for the better. Another dark horse

The materia are of course Alexander, Contain and Sense (Alex contains no sense), but I'm not sure what to make of the rest. Is the grammatical structure of the first line relevant?

Edit: Is it the purple Huge Materia?

Two posts in two game forums, Rantzien is very popular. An extreamly active poster, Rantzien is always there to spread his unique charm to EoFF. Has he improved enough to win this caddie though? Only EoFF knows for sure.

What's with all the high stats? Is Yunalesca uber-hard on the International version or something? When I beat her, Auron barely broke 3000 hp.

I might put off the Poison Necromancer for a while. I may either make an FoHer (for Conviction) or a Frenzy Barbarian. This time, I won't make the mistake of going for Swords.

Another pair of game quotes. Tavrobel is pretty cold to many people, but he used to be a block of ice. I think he is in the middle of improvement, so he is someone to watch out for, if not now, defiantly come December.
