Boldly go.
As someone in possession of candian tire money, I feel proud to post in this thread!

Haha, Paul Merton on the right there. I know it's Dave Thomas, but it sure as hell looks like him.
We also get Ketchup flavour crips over here.
You hold my heart in your manly hands I wanna feel the throb of your handsome gland. I wanna hold you tight like a newborn kitten, against my flesh like a cashmere mitten. Tickly tick, I'm makin' skin bump heaven and all the way down it's lookin' cleanly shaven. Prickety pricks, it's stubble on stubble I better slow down or I'm in real trouble. Want you, touch you, feel you, taste you! Knick knack whacky whack 'till I see the man stew. spin you around let me see that hole! I'm a tunnelin' in a like a short hair mole. Once I'm inside I'm gonna leave a trace, half in there and half on that face! One finger, two finger, there fingers gone! Mano a mano I love you John!
We joke and we joke about PG being Asian, but I love this country so much. There is so much to see; I could spend my entire life exploring Canada and wouldn't be able to finish. I still have not seen the arctic or the East Coast, or the Maritimes. The West coast is incredibly beautiful and I would love to go back (Hi Leeza and Alice!). I did not truly embrace environmentalism until I saw the ice sheets for myself -- the ice sheets that will probably be completely melted away before any future PG kids are old enough to appreciate them.
I've been a naturalised citizen for some 22 and a half years now. That's longer than some friends of mine have been alive. For all intents and purposes (intensive purposes! -_-) I have adopted this country as my own; the language is my primary language (though I could make an entire thread about how my comprehension of english is at best silly), and Cantonese is just something I learn as a hobby.
Sometime this year, after all my stupid debt is out of the picture, I'll start saving up to get a tattoo on my left forearm (underside, near my bicep). It will be a Canadian flag, and I will proudly bear it when I go visit 'asia' this Christmas.
I'm half expecting Miriel to explain that I'm a biproduct of the consequences of immigration. Maybe so, but it doesn't change my feelings about the country.
Joyeuse Fete Du Canada!
best thread ever! strange brew <3
I also have heard that Dill Pickle chips do not exist outside of Canada but this may be a drunken story.
EDIT: Also, Tim Horton's = my life. Seriously. I eat there way too often.
Canada has the most bizarre chip flavors ever. Sour Cream and Bacon? What?
Canada Day, eh?
Yep, it's a good place and I'm glad that I'm living here and not Russia where all of my ancestors have come from. *thanks the Russian Revolution for that*

One thing that has intrigued me about the Canadian paper money is that the written amounts alternate from English Français and Français English.
