How do I install the latest driver for my graphics card?
NOTE: I'm using Vista and I can't figure out how to find what my graphics card even is :P

i dont know the vista method but get in to your device manager and find the display adapter section it should label your display driver and then you can update it from there

Go to Start > Run and run "dxdiag". On the "Display" tab it will have the name of your graphics card or chip.
Then you just need to go to the website of the manufacturer and download the latest drivers.
