Does anyone know where i can download the Ballroom Dance scene from FFVIII (the one where Rinoa forces Squall to dance) for free. I tried bluelaguna but all i got was the sound.

I like that scene... when I got FFVII, it came with a preview demo CD for FFVIII, including an incomplete version of the dance. Black and white, styled to look and sound like very old film.

Final Fantasy VIII - Dance Scene - Special Edition
I found it while I was searching for the original opening FMV that also appeared on the Final Fantasy VIII preview CD, as my PS2 refuses to recognise it anymore. I'd forgotten all about it until I read this thread.
I don't have an account with Youtube, so I can't leave a message on the site, but a big thanks to the uploader Carnivol. :)

That's the FMV I was referring to. :)
I never knew it was a trailer. I always assumed it was the original opening FMV, and that they decided to change it for the PAL release.
It's possibly the best Final Fantasy trailer I've seen. I'd be amazed if there's a person who after seeing that trailer didn't immediately go out and purchase FFVIII. :p
