So, I have been curious about something for all but 15 minutes now. Some vegetables just seem so masculine, like potatoes. Other vegetables seem feminine, like peas. Which are which?

and this led me here:
If we created a vegetable society, and any certain vegetable could be male or female, what do you think would be what? What would their role be? What are they wearing?

I personally am going to kick it off with having the potato as a dude. A hobo, of course. The manliest and freest of all those in Vegtableopolis. He wears potato sack pants, and makes a meager living working as a migrant crop worker.
