^ Done that before!!! That's one thing I really love about MGO, it's the only multiplayer online game that I can say facilitates moments that are truly "cinematic".
In Midtown Maelstrom, the alley with the building you can go in, I would snipe on the bridge, then HANG off of the ledge so that the enemy wouldn't be able to see if I was even there, although you still get to see who's coming. Then I would pop back up and snipe them.
That's another aspect of Metal Gear Solid that translated perfectly. MGS is all about spotting the enemy before they see you, and adjusting to the situation. That's one thing that 3rd person shooters accomplish that FPS can't - being able to see around corners, beneath obstacles, or HIDDEN IN A CARDBOARD BOX - all without them being able to see you.
