Yeah, I went 60-70 mashing chain heal and instance grinding. Even now, soloing daily quests takes forever. Windfury Totem getting the axe is kind of depressing, but the new Windfury 20% haste buff, stacked with Bloodlust and Drums of War and wowholyhaste. I need to gear up my shaman and get my druid leather replaced with the quickness.
