We both immediately jumped on Ron and Hermione (Ron first). The rest of you are doo-doo heads for not also being suspicious of them and then for not listening to us, though of course they were both killed the night after we voted for them. It would be hilarious if certain mafia members were following our votes to know who to kill in the other faction (I at first thought it was a vigilante who had figured us out).
However, then Lekana just proved better than me. She was gone and I had nobody to talk things through with and I think I was at work at the time when another investigation target needed to be selected. Voldemort had appeared fishy to me before so I just went with him quickly, though as I said in the thread I was kicking myself almost immediately after, even before she told me I wasn't allowed to post anymore (not that I listened to her). xD Remus was definitely the better choice. As I said, I wasn't doing Snape because I thought the evidence against him was already obvious (which ended up just being HUGE coincidences, one somewhat questionable). But then Voldemort's investigation came back innocent and I only had Snape to convince people to lynch (saving Remus until we actually had an investigation). Then Snape was innocent (my jaw actually dropped when I read that) so we really had to roleclaim or face a lynching.
Still, we lasted WAY longer than I thought we would, and helped weed out 3 mafia, and were 3/4 on our mafia investigations (I don't even know who we investigated last night - I gave Lekana my thoughts via PM and then had to leave work - so we might be 4/5). All in all, fairly badass.
It was an entertaining first game for me. I still want to see Snape's role description, though.
Remus was good, but him defending Dudley at first despite all the reasons to lynch him gave him away (and contradicted his other attempts at being reasonable and helpful). Though it doesn't surprise me at this point that NO ONE ELSE found him suspicious until our roleclaim, since obviously we're just better than you all.
