What exactly does "Til Alexandros" mean? Is it a family name/surname (indicating some tighter relation to the summon Alexander) or does it mean "Daughter of Alexandros" (which would give us the name of the former king)?

I don't know about the Til part, but Alexandros comes from Alexander which refers to the family's name which comes from the name of the country.

Seeing Queen Brahne being called Alexandros without a "Til" makes me think it might mean something like "who is to become", i.e. "Princess Garnet, who is to become Alexandros XVII". If that is the case, her title as a leader would be "Garnet Alexandros XVII".
These things intrigue me.
