Pharos >.<

I'm stuck in the Third Ascent of the Pharos, in the place with all the coloured sigils. I've been through it once before but I can't for the life of me remember how to do it. I keep using the wrong sigils and getting sent to the room with all the undead enemies which slaughter me. Now before you all say to check gamefaqs or whatever, I already have and all the walkthroughs differ on which sigils to use. So my question is, what's the correct order to use them in?

Okay, I think this is right.

The first sigil is black.

The second sigil is green.

The third sigil is red.

The fourth sigil you use is associated with whatever you gave up when climbing up the Second Ascent.

If you chose Wealth (give up items), the sigil color is yellow.
If you chose Magick (give up magic), the sigil color is purple.
If you chose Steel (give up weapons), the sigil color is white.
If you chose Knowledge (give up map), the sigil color is pink.

The fifth sigil is "untainted by tint or color". But you'll only see sigils that are colored. There should be a "Fool's Facade" fake wall on the left side of the northernmost end of the platform. Use it, and you should find a hidden platform that leads to a clear Way Stone. Use it.

That explains it. On my first playthrough I gave up the map and the pink sigil worked, but when I tried it this time I was sent back a stage. I don't remember using the hidden way stone last time though. In any case, I've done it now ^_^
