You're gonna just look like you can't get over him if you do that. In my honest opinion, just ignore this whole thing. If you do run into him though, act cheerful and tell him "Goodness, I'm so happy for you, a wedding?! You're so lucky that you're not having someone spread lies about you behind your back, potentially ruining your relationship! People tend to do that, it's so sad, isn't it? Good luck!"
