Some questions about the Exp. Egg and Curse Shld

Actually it's just one about each Does the Exp. Egg give double the exp to all? And who learns Ultima from the Paladin Shld? The person who's wearing it when it uncurses or you can teach it to everyone?

The Exp. Egg doubles the experience for whoever has it equipped, not the whole party.

Once the Cursed Shield is un-hexed, the shield becomes the Paladin Shield, which has a side ability of teaching Ultima at 2x the normal rate if memory serves me correct. Since everyone except Umaro can equip shields, you can teach it to everyone. Basically, treat the shield like an uber piece of Magicite.

Gogo doesn't learn magic so he doesn't learn Ultima from the shield. :P

You can get some more experience eggs, if you want. There's a chain of items you can bet at the coliseum. Start with an elixer and just keep betting whatever you win until you get an EXP Egg.

Now that you mention it someone said it was 256 battles. I made the mistake cause I went through story with it then fought 100 battles on solitare island. Sorry.

There is actually another way to get more Exp. Eggs. Getting a Tintinbar is a pain in the arse but if you go to the Dinosaur woods (A forest shapped like a dinosaur) you can get an Imp Halbard when you have enough go to the Coliseum and bet it. What ever you win keep betting it and you will eventually get an Exp. Egg at one time I had like 46 exp. eggs so my charcters were like gods when I went to fight Keffka.

Oh no there was no way I was getting rid of my elixers to get exp eggs it was easier just getting the Imp Halbard cause by the end I had so many of them it was no problem getting exp. eggs

Marvel shoes is also a pretty good accessory to rack up on, considering you have tons of extra imp halberds.

Secondly, EXP egg doubles EXP earned for the character with it equipped. I do not believe having two equipped quadruples it, just doubles still.

The Cursed shield takes 255 battles I believe (same number as max stats and all that jazz) Battle 256 it's uncursed. It becomes the Paladin shield that anyone can equip, and it teaches Ultima at a rate of x1 to anyone that can learn magic.

You can get an exp egg from a dino in the final dungeon called the exp dino. Also it DOES take 100 battles to uncurse the shield but it uncurses after 3 battles and no one can learn Ultima from it.
