Can Anyone Help Me Identify This Doctor Game?

You had to give you patients surgery and such. You were supposed to do things right, but me as a very VERY young child didn't know what the hell I was doing. I remember performing brain surgery without anesthesia and still being given more chances to practice as a surgeon. I was a bastard. I think your boss calls you Freddy Krueger when you were practicing medicine maliciously, but it might have been someone else he calls you.

I played it on an old black and white Mac, but I think there may have been a DOS version. Anyone know this game? Maybe it's available as abandonware somewhere.

I actually know exactly what you're talking about, and yes, it is available as abandonware. I don't know the name of the game though, my brother was the one who was playing it when it was on my old computer.
