You know, those light-bulbs that come in different colors? My brother bought one of those once. It didn't really make the room look any different, except if you put your hand pretty close to it, there were funny colors.

I like the red and green ones, even though they do make the room look a little creepy. I keep thinking that my red lamp will eventually burn my eyes out or something though.
Ambi-light is pretty cool. 4 LED's and you can get any colour you want.
Kinda neat, imo.
My brother got one from Ikea, and it actually made the room green.

The glow of the monitor is sufficient a lot of the time
You get nice lighting effects in the room if you leave a film or concert or something playing at full screen
I want a blue one for my room. That would be rad. Woah...I just said rad.
I leave my lights off most of the time, only turning them on when I eat and I'd freak out if my mash potatoes turned blue.
