Well, that depends. Am I just going to sit there staring at her or am I going to get to know her?
Her face, and more specifically, her eyes.

The ability to shut the hell up when I don't want them to talk.
Also sandwich making ability.
I think it's a bit of everything really. Personality of course is the main one in my opinion. Although having a pretty face and a nice body does help.![]()
Physique is somewhat important to the attraction process but when it really comes down to it the deciding factor is almost always in the face. Of course if she's not someone who can be your friend none of the rest really matters.
I don't see what this has to do with it. Just because women are not objects doesn't mean that you can't be honest about what attracts you to them. And no it usually isn't any one thing, but there sometimes is a deciding factor, or the first thing that affects you.
For example, I really need a woman to be someone who I can be friends with and that obviously requires a lot more than just physical beauty, but that doesn't change the fact that the reason I was attracted to her in the first place was the physical beauty and possibly even her flirting with me. Then if it turns out that I can't enjoy her company because we have nothing in common or she's really a shallow person then I have to break off the attraction which is the only thing that makes me wish I could see more about people's true selves as easily as I can their outer beauty. I guess that's all part of the time-wasting dating game that I don't really buy into.

booyah!
Loyalty. I've been royally screwed over, and it was really annoying. So loyalty would be very appreciated.
