You know what's the worst feeling in the world? Having your cat scale you with it's claws just so it can reach your shoulders where it will clutch on (with claws) for dear life because it changed it's mind once it tore its way up your leg and torso and realized up here is scary and moving.

see you take their front claws away and they stop doing that!

That's mean, though. I'd like my cat to be able to catch a bird every once and awhile.

Mine catch plenty of birds with only back claws. Rats also if that's their bag.
