The game is designed with Mega Man 2 in mind, so it's more like that one than the rest. It's $10 USD. (But there's $8 worth of DLC coming in October.)
Nonsense. There are old tricks and traps to bring that intended feeling of nostalgia, but they didn't slouch. This is not Mega Man 2 remix. This is a whole new Mega Man game done in the style of a NES game. There are plenty of new stage design elements (such as the swinging platforms that actually move based on inertia created by Mega Man's movements, or the teleportation blocks that shoot you 30 feet into the air) to keep it fresh and new. It could have been a big nostalgia trip, but it's a lot more than that. This is a true sequel to the original Mega Man series.
