While that may be true, you also get multitudes of people who just randomly say 'oh I have OCD' when they're just overly cautious or forgetful (I've been known to walk back to my car in the parking lot just to make sure I locked it, just because I forget if I did or didn't along the way, and more than once as well, because I keep second-guessing myself, but that doesn't mean I have OCD), or the ones that say they have Asperger's just because they have slight social issues. In many cases, their social awkwardness is self-inflicted.
