Mega Man music thread of awesome

Mega Man 9's release yesterday (and subsequent completion by me earlier tonight. You may bow) has got me in a Mega Man mood.

Mega Man music is awesome, and there have been tons of great remixes of Mega Man songs.

So what are your favourite Mega Man songs? I like most of it myself, but I think Bubble Man and Napalm Man probably have my two favourite themes in the series. That and Dr. Cossack's first stage from Mega Man 3.

Are there any remixes for Metal Man or Gemini Man's stages?

I have a salsa remix of the Gemini Man theme. :P There are assloads of Metal Man remixes, including one from the same official remix album that Yamato Man theme is from.

Mega Man music is awesome. A classic and one of my favorites is Wily Stage 1 from Mega Man 2. Mega Man 2 had awesome music in general, I also love the Bubble Man and Flash Man theme as well as the intro.
And while not my favorite theme from Mega Man 2, you should take a look at this: YouTube - Metalman XD

One of my favorites is also Magnet Man's theme from Mega Man 3. The music from Mega Man 3 was as great as 2's in my opinion, I prefered Get Weapon, Password and intro music to 2's. There was also one Wily Stage with a good theme, but I don't remember which one.

I also always liked Mega Man 5's ending theme XD Oh, and is this also about Mega Man X games? Then Storm Eagle's theme would rate very high, too.

And I'm sure it was a typo and you meant Mega Man 4, when you mentioned Dr. Cossack

I love Mega Man's music. Magnet Man's level is probably my favorite or Metal Man's. And no love for Legends? The music playing when you fought the Dreadnaught was great. And the Main Gate music.

I'm not sure if it's actually based on the Air Man theme, I think it isn't. It's still great.

That Wily theme from Mega Man 5 you posted is from the same album as the other three songs. xP For Mega Man's 20th anniversary they released two albums, one of techno remixes from Mega Man 1-6, and one of rock remixes. They're pretty great, if you haven't figured it out from the songs posted in this thread. :P

I Can't Beat Air Man is awesome. xP It's not an official Mega Man song, but it's great anyway. :P I've had the mp3 forever.

I noticed it was somehow connected to the other song, but I didn't notice they were official. I have to get that album :O Too bad the techno album has some songs I would have loved to see on that rock CD, like Magnet Man.

I actually heard a decent remix of the Magnet Man theme the other day. You can find that here. There are some more remixes by that guy, including some from other Mega Man games, here.

Thanks, that does sound very good I forgot about Flame Man's music, Mega Man 6 surprised me with a very memorable soundtrack. It was one of the last classic games I played and I somehow expected something less complete or something, being the last NES game and all. But it ended up a pretty good game.

Anyway, I always love hearing good Mega Man remixes or official songs. Here's something unofficial again, I think it's less known than Can't Beat Air Man: YouTube - ����ホント��力�る気��る��？

I love the Mega Man soundtracks, I'm pretty partial to MM2 of course. As for good mixes of Wily Stage 1 music... ReMix: Mega Man 2 'Chillout' - OverClocked ReMix I really love the work they do over at OC Remix and this is easily one of my favorite tracks.

If you're going for remixes, The Annihilation Of Monsteropolis must be mentioned. It's simply the best.

As far as Mega Man music in general, there's so much good music from those games, I couldn't even begin to list it all.
