Anime for People you Hate!

I did enjoy Rahxephon if only cause it starts off as a blatant Evangelion rip-off (even copying scenes directly from the series) and then becomes its own thing as it goes along. I actually enjoyed it.

I found the opposite. I really liked the first 5 or so episodes but as the series went on it started to become more and more convoluted until it had became mindless nonsense by the end. I'm still amazed that they managed to come up with an ending even worse then Evangelion's.

You haven't watched Gasaraki have you? That is a series that becomes a convulated mess with a more WTF?! ending than Eva and Rahxephon. Not to mention its incredibly slow pace and dry dialogue makes it so only the most dedicated and deranged will ever see it to its end.

I started watching it. I gave up after episode 4 or something.

I stomached my way through the whole thing, if only to punish my anime club for... well cause I can... Gasaraki's entire ending is more of a giant "SMURF YOU!!!" than Eva or Raxephon's ending were.
