I'm really happy with myself. Over this last month in college, I managed to lose almost 10 pounds. I'm at, I'd say, 118 pounds now, which is so close to 115, which has been my goal weight for years and years! =O
I think I'm gonna treat myself to little winter clothes shopping spree as a reward to myself. I've also done a lot of big things this week (I've been running all week around campus in the process to change my major to Secondary Education in English and trying to add a class after the add class date, which required a lot of signature getting) as well, so this is a reward for those things as well.

Last time I ran 3 miles, I reward myself with like 3 pieces of fudge brownie. Yuumm.
I don't really reward myself. I never see a need to I'm afraid but I'm pretty hard on myself so I generally tell myself to start working on all the other things I neglected to do while finishing my accomplishment. To be honest, I don't even like receiving praise or gifts from others either. I guess I just don't believe in rewards.
