I like Kung-Fu.
I like the FFXII commercials with Patrick Stewart's voice-over, since Patrick Stewart is God and adds class and credibility to everything he voices.
This ad for Syphon Filter 2 is oddly amusing, too.
:edit: Also, I love those Ratchet and Clank commercials that feature 'real-life' demonstrations of the game's weapons. I've never played them, but the ads are clever and funny.

That advert and that game are both fantastic.
The one that popped into my mind initially was the video that someone linked to ages ago on Google Video that was a promotional video for the N64 and the rumble pack, showing off Lylat Wars and stuff. That was fantastic.

Most of these are classic. Love the old Crash Bandicoot ones. I wish I could find the Tomba! ads with all the people across the country with pink wigs on but it's eluding me. The Nintendo Power Starfox 64 promo video is probably the most epic commercial of all time, though.
