The premise seems kind of weak for a feature-length movie. I doubt I'll see it.

The commercials make it look like a generic action movie, but I am willing to give it a chance. Maybe not at the theatres, but eventually. I'm not saying it's bad or that it will be a bad action movie, it could very well be good, just the impression I had from the commercials.

It is revealed what eagle eye is halfway through the movie but the actual 'reason' isn't revealed until near the end.
Either way, the movie delivers in terms of how exciting it is. I enjoyed it very much.
looks so gay. i wouldn't even use the "hey i'll see it with you if you pay for me" line. not even someone paying for me would get me into the theater this was playing in

The movie was alright, had a lot of flaws, but it kept me entertained so I wont knock it. It was very predictable imho, and very derived, but entertaining with some good lines.
(SPOILER) The computer was just a mix of Hal from 2001 and GlaDos from Portal, I was waiting for the damn thing to start singing Daisy!

looks like ass. a friend of mine who's a manager at Regal Entertainment can get me in for no charge (usually), but I don't even think I'd take advantage of that for this movie.
References to 2001: A Space Odyssey aside (anyone notice one of the characters was called "Bowman"?), it was a mildly entertaining action flick. The camera work in the action scenes was atrocious though.
@Dolentrean: I personally was waiting for an "Open the pod bay doors, HAL" line.
