All votes in bold count as actual votes and should be treated as such.
I mean my vote, everybody should be there for day 1. If Levian doesn't show up, my vote stands.
If people do not mean their votes, they should unvote. Basic mafia rules. If they don't understand them, they shouldn't be playing at all.
