Everyone seems to forget that I lived outside of Chicago for seven years of my life. If we know where we're going beforehand, I can get us there. If you stick me in there an tell me to go somewhere on the fly, though, we might end up taking the long way.

After consulting several people (Ouch! included) I've come to the conclusion that you do not actually have to sneak the alcohol. Just to let you know. And that the no alcohol thing was because the Taste was going on the last time.
The official rules that I've found seem to say no eating, drinking, or alcohol (among other things) on the train, but as I've witnessed all three and taken part of two without anything being said, you should be fine.
Yeah, don't follow Joy. She'll just stand around in a little black dress and look awkward the whole time.
I love Chicago.
I cannot go, however.
Seeing as I intend to be in the USA on vacation when this happens, go ahead and upgrade me to "interested" status, as I might make a rest stop in Chicago on the way home. But I make no promises!
