I have a flight soon that leaves me stuck in Chicago for a few hours, weeks too early though D:

I just want to note that I'll also be leaving on Sunday the 11th on a flight to New Orleans with my law school Student Hurricane Network group x3 We don't have the details yet, but I'm guessing I'll be flying out of Chicago. If we're going to be meeting or flying out of Champaign, or they tell us to book our own tickets or what not I have no clue, worst case scenario I'll have to leave Saturday night

Edit: And omg at this rate I'm gonna just get my period that week <i>again</i> like in the last meetup. I'm gonna <b>kill lots of people</b> if that happens. ^.^ Just warnin' ya.

After what I put up with in the NYC meetup (not from the EoFFers; from the travel), I am going to have to say no to a saturday/sunday meetup. There simply does not exist a way for me to get there and make it worth while.

I asked Joy if I could stay the week but that's not possible. Oh well.

I might go if Chemical/Ashley insists, but I think she said no as well.

And guys, I can still make it but I'll have to leave Saturday afternoon/evening.

My trip to New Orleans takes off on Sunday at like 5AM from Champaign, so I'm gonna have to go back to Champaign.

This means we will get partying done on FRIDAY night! ;] And then you guys can party some more on Saturday night without me :3

All I still need to know is what Hotel We'll be staying at, since I decided to fly instead. (I forgot how long it takes by bus to get from Chicago to HEar. ) I should be able to afford a package deal no problem if I book in advance.

Edit: If its stull up for discusion, how about the Palmer House Hilton? Its just north of Eisenhower an east of Kennedy, and it looks like a decent hotel and is one of the Cheaper packages for me.

Don't know the layout of Chicago well enough to be able to know if that's a good spot though.

The Palmer House Hilton is in the heart of downtown chicago and the rooms are small. I have stayed there twice and the room was taken up mostly by the bed. Not much room there. They might have bigger rooms but if you get something downtown, don't just buy and forget. Try to find out the size of the room first.

I got there fine on a Friday. Remember it was 4th of July? This time it's just a 0 day event (Saturday / Sunday) which completely killed me when I went to NYC. I'm not taking a day off from work =)

It's simply not worth it. I may reconsider once I have had time to calm down, and I will be taking a train and not the PGmobile.
