First, I would have them ban the first ten active members that have screen names beginning with the letter "T". Second, I would have them change the name of several prominent members to the names over other prominent members. Third, I would have them change the names of lesser known, but still decently popular, members to names of Sailor Moon and her friends. Lastly, I would have all of the moderators promoted to administrators and all the administrators demoted to moderators.
As a bonus, I would have Loony BoB drawn and quartered for crimes against the Internet.
I'd have them word filter Joss Whedon into "Sexy Sexual McSexy God".
I think Del Murder was secretly hoping someone would ask him to record the Mountain Cat Requiem.
I would have the staff take a course on comedy. They all lack it.
